Department Course Offerings

At Texas Tech several academic departments offer courses designed to educate students in GIS, remote sensing, air photo interpretation and related geospatial technologies.  The College of Arts and Sciences also offers an interdisciplinary minor in Geographic Information Science.

In addition to these instructor-led university courses, students, faculty and staff have access to software training courses offered through the ESRI Virtual Campus.  The courses are offered to Texas Tech faculty, staff and students at no cost.
