Lucia Barbato

Lucia Barbato is an ESRI Authorized Instructor, Associate Director of the Center for Geospatial Technology and Senior Research Associate at Texas Tech University. She has over 18 years of experience working with GIS for water resources, land and natural resource management, and has conducted numerous GIS training programs for federal, state, regional, municipalities, businesses and educational organizations. She was selected as a volunteer in the GIS Corps for the Hurricane Katrina Relief Effort and manages several grant projects at Texas Tech.
